Join Andre for one or both sessions of ACRO PLAYTIME! Flyer, base and spotter will work together to nail acro transitions (like Washing Machines). We’ll break down the fundamentals of acro yoga and spotting. No partner or experience necessary. These sessions are beginner friendly.
