Begin this incredibly fun workshop at True Self Yoga learning postures to support your adventures hiking. We will then move locations to Porter Falls in the Capital Forest for a gentle 2 mile hike with yoga and meditation breaks.
Transportation will be arranged.
Please bring comfortable shoes/clothing, extra layers for weather changes, snacks, water and anything else that helps support your time in nature.
