Calling all out door enthusiasts!
Join Holly in this fun workshop on Saturday September 7th from Noon- 5 PM, that will enhance all your outdoor adventures!
The workshop will begin at the studio where you will be guided in poses that help support areas of the body that work the hardest when hiking. Then we will make our way to Porter Falls in the Capital State forest for a gentle 2 mile hike with meditation and yoga breaks along the way.
Be sure to bring comfortable clothing and shoes, extra layers, snacks, water, and anything else that assists you enjoying your time in nature.
Transportation will be arranged.
