True Self Yoga classes are designed for ALL levels of students. If you are new to yoga, consider joining a Gentle Yoga or Slow Flow on your first visit. The downloadable schedule is color-coded to illustrate the studio temperature of each class. A reservation is not required at True Self Yoga.
First time students can simply arrive 15 minutes before ANY class on the schedule to register, meet your yoga instructor, and ask any questions you may have. We are here to support you and eager to set you up for success on your yoga mat.
