What is the Studio Address?
Where Do I park?

We have plenty of free parking available. Please be sure to lock your vehicle and store things of value out of site.

Do I need to Sign Up?

We strongly recommend that you do so for ease of navigating our lobby at check-in and also to guarantee your mat space. Signing-up in advance will guarantee your spot in class. Our software partner, Mindbody, is easy to use to manage your account and book reservations up to 14 days in advance.

Please Download the Mind-Body App before scheduling your class.  For IOS  and Android

What if I signed up for a class and can’t make it? (Cancellation Policy)

All students may cancel their class registration anytime up to 2 hours before class is scheduled to begin without penalty. For those canceling within the 2-hour window (or for no-shows), one class will be deducted from your package. Unlimited AutoPay and Annual Members will be charged a $20 late fee. Feel free to contact us if you’re unable to make a class!

What if I am running late?

We highly recommend arriving to class at least 5 minutes in advance of scheduled class times to allow ample time for check-in and set-up before class begins. All of our yoga classes begin promptly at their scheduled time. Due to the size and layout of our studio, we cannot guarantee late entry to class. If you are not on-time to class, your spot may be offered to someone waitlisted for class. Our cancellation policy applies if you are late and do not make it to class. If you arrive to the studio after a scheduled class time and the door is locked, you have missed the class. Thank you for understanding.

How early can I arrive to class?

Doors open 20 minutes before each class

Why is your door locked at the time of class?

Locking our doors during class ensures the safety of class participants and our instructors during class time.

What if I left something at the studio?

It happens to the best of us! Our studio keeps lost and found behind the front desk. You are welcome to stop by 15 minutes before or after any scheduled class to pick up your lost item. If you are unable to stop by before or after a class, please text us and we will work with you to find another time to open the studio for pick up.

What should I wear to yoga?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows your body to move freely. Please avoid perfume and strongly scented fragrances.

What should I bring to class?

An open-mind is encouraged for yoga! In terms of tangible items, bring water and a mat (a yoga towel can be helpful for any heated class). Manduka Pro Mats are available to rent for $2/class and mat/shower towels available to rent for $3. Cash only please.

Should I eat or drink before yoga?

Hydrate well both before and after class. It is generally recommended that if you do eat before class, you eat lightly. Give yourself 2 hours to digest meals whenever possible. That said, we believe you should take care of yourself first and foremost, so if food is in order before yoga, try a healthy smoothie or handful of nuts!

What a magnificent studio oasis!

True Self is the best yoga studio in Olympia by far! Their variety of classes, from heated and regular, as well as their beautiful studio space, and the deeply passionate and knowledgeable owners all create a safe and supportive yoga community. - Sarah Burdette

They've created and hold space for their yogis so well that even the studio seems to have a sense of it's true self.

I've been a yogi in Olympia for about 10 years and True Self Yoga is the first studio that meets all of my yoga needs, and then some. When you visit True Self, you don't walk straight into a yoga room like most studios. - Camy Naasz

The heated room boasts a special heating system that you need to experience!

Beautiful space to practice with a variety of class offerings, great instructors, kombucha on tap and the latest yoga gear. Two studios: one heated and the other non-heated. Floors are always clean and they also have showers in the changing rooms, which is a must for hot yoga! - Rese Kim
