True Self Yoga classes are designed for ALL levels of students. If you are new to yoga, consider joining a Gentle Yoga or Slow Flow on your first visit. The downloadable schedule is color-coded to illustrate the studio temperature of each class. A reservation is preferred to save your spot. Click on the “Sign up” link next to the class that interests you.
While a reservations is preferred, first-time students may check the LIVE Mindbody schedule and if there are spots still available, you may arrive 15 minutes before class to register, meet your yoga instructor, and ask any questions you may have. We are here to support you and eager to set you up for success on your yoga mat.
