Tonight the True Self Yoga Teacher Trainees begin their path of discovery and growth. This evening’s 5:30pm Community Flow and each Saturday 8am Flow & Sunday 9am Flow with Meditation over the next 10 weeks will have 21 extra bodies. Come early (doors open 20 mins before class) to ensure a spot and expect to share vibrant energy with our yoga community…. in close proximation!
