Join us for a Sacred Sound Ceremony at True Self Yoga.
Ellie will begin with gentle movement and Yoga Nidra that will transition into Judy’s immersive, sound-healing experience.
Each of our ceremonies includes intuitively-selected Tibetan bowls–unique to each event & intended to support your natural self-healing abilities.
The focus of this offering is to clear stagnant energy and blockages to deepen the connection between the body and intuitive state. Experience joy, timelessness, presence and stillness.
Judy Yamamura
Judy has studied sound healing and states of consciousness, and has been collecting antique Tibetan bowls for over 35 years. Judy is a steward of over 80 singing bowls tailoring each sound ceremony to the energy in attendance, creating a custom transmission unique to those present.

Ellie Lucas
Ellie is a graduate of True Self Yoga’s YTT 200, she can often be found teaching Flow, Gentle, Yin, and Nidra. Ellie believes that yoga goes far beyond the physical postures, past the mat, into a place of emotional and spiritual healing.
Rocco Strain
Rocco is a sound composer, community organizer and event curator. He is a graduate of True Self’s 200hr teacher training and has taught children’s yoga and mindfulness in schools throughout Olympia. Find out more at www.roccostrain.life
