Bringing Mindfulness to our daily life can lead to a radical shift in the way we relate to all experiences. Mindfulness fosters a sense of ease and presence allowing us to live life to its fullest potential.
If you have been curious about how to meditate or you wish to deepen your practice, this class is for you. This course offers you the basic skills needed to begin your own mindfulness meditation journey. You will explore the main components of embodied awareness, and some of the fundamental teachings that ground the practice in wisdom.
