Unwind after a long day and prepare for sleep with the help of restorative yoga and myofascial release. This practice involves using massage balls, foam rollers, and other props to support longer-held restorative postures and myofascial release / self-massage techniques. These techniques promote physical and energetic releases through our fascial layers, muscles, and joints and provide benefits such as Pain Relief, Injury Prevention, Muscle Recovery, Improved Sleep, Stress Reduction, Increased Mobility & Proprioception!
