Retreat prices include 3 nights lodging, shuttle service to and from airport, all meals prepared by Ayurvedic practitioner, Lorilee Gilmore. Thursday dinner – Sunday breakfast, tea service all day, Sound Healing and all group activities in this gorgeous setting. Some activities include:

Gongster Sound Healing is conveniently located in the heart of Paradise Valley. It’s about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor airport and offers delicious food, comfortable accommodations, and is super close to a variety of hiking trails. The retreat center is made up of 2 large, remodeled homes next door to each other. Most rooms have shared bathrooms. Any room can become private for an additional cost. Pictures of everything can be viewed at www.gongster.com.

Semi-Private Shared room with either 1 queen bed or 2 twins. You may choose a roommate or have 1 assigned: *$990 / $1190 after September 15
