“I was introduced to Yoga Nidra by Vajra and Christina in a Sunday flow class the first year they opened the studio. My wife Kathy and I weren’t quite sure what we experienced but commented later on the how calm and centered we felt.
After Yoga Teacher Training, I started to practice teaching the Yoga Nidra script on family, friends and neighbors. It was amazing to see how people enjoyed it. I leaned into Nidra further by becoming a certified iRest instructor.
