All tools are provided. You are welcome to bring your own tools or use what you have at home, but we do highly recommend a set of massage balls, as that is what this practice is built around.

Holly Anderson is an E-RYT and Live Wellround Master Instructor with over three years of experience guiding folks through Self Massage and Myofascial Release techniques. Her passion is to help you explore the best ways to support your individual needs and find relief through these practices.
