AcroYoga is a dynamic practice that invites you to move, connect, and play in community. This 4 week series will teach you how to safely base, fly, and spot therapeutic AcroYoga poses, while also inviting playful connection and clear communication with your fellow students.
This series will guide participants in therapeutic AcroYoga flying and Thai Yoga massage. Beginners welcome. Partners are not required to enroll together, but bring your friends because you’re going to have a blast!

The Lunar side of AcroYoga is all about feeling good. Practices are safe and accessible so you can find success in each step along the way.

The base will use alignment for comfort and ease, and the flyer stays passive to receive the benefits of going upside down and stretching in the air with the support of their base.

We will close each session with Thai Massage. Thai Yoga Massage is also called “lazy man’s Yoga,” and is a dynamic and low impact way to share supportive touch. We will guide intuitive techniques to bring ease and spaciousness to the body.
