True Self Yoga offers you the ideal place to spend your fall and winter days. We offer a variety of classes, from heated to unheated, slow to fast, and individual to family. Our fall schedule has additional classes like Saturday slow flow, silent hot hatha, multiple sculpt classes, and Friday gentle yoga with meditation. Classes are seven days a week at varying times to accommodate you in your busy schedule.
