New Class offering!

Join Kristi on the First Friday of each month for Yoga Philosophy and Meditation.
Gather together 10:15-11:30 first Friday of the month.
This class is an invitation to the deeper work of yoga which is practiced through love, curiosity, and compassion for self and all humanity. We come together through yogic philosophy, and meditation to inspire and ignite greater change in our hearts, minds, and community. Classes start with a dharma talk, a contemplative question, or call to action to create a focal point for the meditation practice. Expect pranayama, pratyahara, mindfulness, journal prompts, and little to no movement.
