Join Anne in this special, 40 hour Gentle Yoga training. This training is for those who have fallen in love with the nurturing and relaxing aspects of Gentle Yoga and would like to deepen their own practice, or for those who would like to gain the skills to confidently teach Gentle Yoga to others.
Anne will skillfully guide participated through cultivating confidence in teaching, sequencing and giving hands on assists.
