Join Ellie for Yoga Nidra 12:15-12:45pm each Monday for deep meditation. Nidra is highly recommended for all practitioners to experience a deep sense of calm, quiet, and clarity.

“I was introduced to Yoga Nidra through brief moments of guided body scanning and breath work at the end of yoga classes. With that alone, I began to notice I could actually sense parts of body by bringing attention to them. In Yoga Teacher Training I discovered that it was more than just those few minutes at the end of class and I decided to pursue Nidra training to fully discover the benefits for myself.
