Myofascial Release + Yoga: Ayurveda

This four week series will explore the ancient life science of Ayurveda and Yoga to help students learn how to balance their energy and regulate the nervous system. Each week these 90 minute classes will focus on a different dosha (constitution of elements) and tools that can be used to rediscover wholeness and healing. Students can expect to practice trigger point Myofascial release, restorative or gentle asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, essential oils, marma points and more.
