Yoga Philosophy Series
Three gatherings of shared discussion and practice on how a yogic lifestyle can support us during these challenging times. This series aims to inspire community connection, self reflection, and practical ways to expand your yoga practice beyond the mat.

Each gathering will focus on a specific topic with plenty of time for discussion and Q&A. Led by Julia Zhao (yoga therapist, she/her), each session will begin with grounding movement & breath and end with a guided relaxation and chanting.

All levels welcome — you do not need to know anything about yoga philosophy to join. Just come with an open and curious mind! If you are familiar with the topics, this could be an opportunity to delve deeper.
