We’re pleased to announce the addition of Slow Flow with Sarah G. beginning Wednesday March 23rd from 4-5pm.
The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We all need to find moments to slow down and experience some calm in our lives. This class provides that opportunity. Slow Flow is accessible for all yogis.
This class coincides with Kids Yoga ages 6-11! Relax in Slow Flow while your little yogi celebrates playful movement with Jasmine.
