Join Julia for three weeks of meditation as we move from winter into spring.
Sessions will offer mindful movements to prepare the body, support in finding a comfortable seat, breath awareness and focus, insight meditation, and loving kindness.
We will meet once a week on Sundays for group practice. In between sessions you are encouraged to practice daily on your own, with virtual support from Julia if needed.
This series is for anyone who wants to build or reinvigorate a regular meditation practice. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome.
