Discover breathing techniques to build confidence, patience, and compassion while affirming self worth and image.
Mindfulness for Teenagers.
Tools for reduced stress and anxiety.
Increased Self esteem and body image
Enhanced focus and optimism.
These classes will also foster a supportive community of peers. No experience necessary and ALL beings welcome.
