Foundations of Yoga:
Understand the elements that make up a typical flow class. You will come away with a better understanding of breath, postures, flow, and alignment.
Learn the techniques and alignment for arm balancing. Build stronger awareness of bandhas, breath and core strength.
Learn the techniques and alignment for going upside-down. Postures to learn include headstand, forearm balances and handstand.
Awaken your spine and learn techniques to healthy back-bending.
Come alone or bring a friend to enjoy partner-based postures. Enhance your practice with partner techniques and Thai Yoga massage.
Call-and-response singing and chanting of sacred sounds and mantras. Kirtan is a practice for cutting through the idea of separation, for connecting to our hearts and connecting to the moment through sound.
