10 weekends to dive deep into yoga history, philosophy, theory and practice. Teacher Training is incredibly demanding of time and energy but the rewards are lifelong. After graduation, True Self Yoga brought on Kehle, Fred, PJ and Molly to the teaching staff. Fast forward to now, and we’re grateful to have Captain Kehle as TSY manager!
