We’re excited to announce the addition of Chair Yoga to the True Self schedule beginning Friday, Feb 18th from 10:30-11:30am!! Lead by Sarah G, Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting, with some standing poses using a chair for support. This practice can improve your flexibility, concentration & strength, while boosting your mood, & reducing stress & joint strain.
